Grades of Green is an environment education 501(c)(3) organization. The nonprofit sought to maximize limited resources and funds to recruit and establish themselves in the ideal school districts across the United States and internationally.

I led a team of 5 students to conduct target market research by aggregating third party research on varying levels of socioeconomic and environmental conditions across the world. We used this to create a vulnerability and feasibility scale and recommended that Grades of Green recruit in Louisiana and Nigeria.

Aquatic Life Divers is a boutique scuba diving shop based in Kona, Hawaii. The scuba shop assessed its financial and marketing performance and made business plans for the upcoming year.

I worked with the founder and manager to create annual OKRs and marketing KPIS. In order to form these goals and assess what did or didn’t work the prior year, I gathered and analyzed monthly marketing performance statistics across social media platforms, Mailchimp, and Google Ads. This included a competitor analysis, Porter’s 5 Forces, business model canvas, environment map, and target market chart.
