Corient is a Canadian private wealth firm which acquired over 20 asset and wealth management firms. The project required building a Salesforce CRM that met the unique business needs and processes of all acquired firms and migrating their old databases into the new CRM.

In Confluence, I aggregated the research from several discovery sessions with the management firms. This informed the over 400 user stories I created for two streams of work: Salesforce CRM Architecture and Data Migration. The user stories made up the roadmap ensuring data integrity and that the custom-built CRM addressed the clients’ unique pain points. I also contributed to refining and grooming these Jira ticket.

Hulu is an American streaming service offering on-demand entertainment and live TV. The front-end playback experience team looked to bridge the engagement gap between subscription video on demand (SVOD) and live TV users.

Gathering and analyzing user research and Tableau data, I came to the conclusion that SVOD users have lower engagement due to requiring greater energy and time to get into playback. To address the pain point, I worked with engineers and designers to A/B test two features: a mood-based search and a trending now collection.
After experiment results revealed a 43.5% increase in SVOD user engagement, I pitched the two features to Hulu management with a slide deck presentation, product documentation, press release, and frequently asked questions.
